Is it safe to give Improvement exam?

Most students doubt if cbse improvement exam is safe or not, CBSE Improvement Exam is as safe as giving board exams since you are actually appearing in cbse board exams. The question papers, exam dates, result will be same as other regular candidates. You will get a new marksheet issued by CBSE.The improvement marksheet is different from board marksheet and even if you have 2 marksheets with you, the combination of marks of both marksheets are valid if you are applying for a college. (Please note that some colleges and universities have different policies for improvement exam like BITS)

Sir i hv given 12 bord exams of cbse in 2013 in that i got 53% aprox and my marks in phsics-49, chem- 51, maths- 33. I decided to appear for improvement examination in 2014. So when result come of improvement exam i got failed in maths and physics theory but in chemistry i have improved by 3 marks. So total marks of chem in improvement exam is 54.
Now i have cracked RPET exam (state exam of RAJASTHAN) with a good rank i.e. 8000 rank approx. But eligibility criteria for RPET counselling is 45% in PCM. So according to my CBSE result 2013 i hv got 44.33%. Then I have applied for counselling using marks of physics (2013) -49, maths(2013), chemistry( 2014 from improvement result). By adding these numbers i hv cleared hurddle of elegiblity criteria. Now when i appled for admission in college by those two marksheet, they told me that after giving improvement old marksheet is just a waste. And its not a rule to apply from both result. You have to give just 1 marksheet only either 2o13 or 2014.

Plz help me as quick as u can coz 28-29 is last date to take admission in college.. If possible then plz coll me at 9509153840… I need ur help badely plzz help plz help…
    Thank you.
